You must complete the voter ID, name, and
email fields. Without that information your vote is invalid.
You may vote in each category only ONCE.
However, you may vote several times, each time voting in a different
category, if you are not prepared to vote in each category at any one
time.
Obvious voting irregularities, such as
voting only for one author and leaving all other categories blank, will
be questioned. Please do your best to consider all candidates in all
categories!
